"Okay customer service, just a bit slow"
I had to contact BusterBox about my subscription. It took longer than I expected to hear back. It wasn’t awful. But I did feel like I was just waiting with no real update.
When they replied, they were polite. They did fix the issue in the end. I just wish it had been faster and a bit clearer. Overall, it was fine. Not great, but not bad either

I paused my box once. Starting it back up was simple. No hassle at all.

I’ve only had BusterBox for a few months, so I can’t say how it is long-term, but so far it’s been a nice mix. One month had more toys, another leaned more toward treats, and my dog seems happy with most of it. It’s handy not having to keep guessing what to buy, and I like that it doesn’t feel like the exact same stuff every time.

I've had a good experience so far, deliveries usually show up when they're supposed to, and it's been really reliable

"I’ve been getting busterbox for a few..."
I’ve been getting busterbox for a few months now and, honestly... it’s been worth the money. My dog gets a mix of toys and treats that I probably wouldn’t have chosen myself, but he’s been loving them. Most of the toys have held up well too, which is always a plus. And yeah... it saves me from making those random pet shop trips, so I really can’t complain.

My dog’s not super picky and he liked most of these, so that was a win. A couple pieces were kinda too hard for him tho, so I had to break them up a bit.

"These toys actually last"
My dog normally destroys toys within a day, so I wasn’t expecting much, but the ones from Buster Box have held up really well. He’s still chewing on them weeks later, which never really happens with that sort of thing. Really happy with it.

"Cancellation was more of a hassle than I expected"
I had BusterBox for a while and the boxes were decent. My dog liked most of the toys and treats, so I don’t want to make it sound like the whole thing was bad or anything. Maybe I just expected the cancellation process to be easier?
When I decided to cancel, I had to message support and wait for replies, which ended up taking a few days. They did sort it out in the end, to be fair, but I kept thinking surely there should just be a cancel button in the account area. Not a terrible experience, but I feel like I’m not the only one who’d find that a bit frustrating
